BEFORE DELETING TAKE THE

BACKUP THROUGH BACKUP LOGIN.

Start Oracle database.

è    Script for Removing old data.

                 Enable.sql    

             Download the enable.sql, paste it into

             C:\nsc folder ON SERVER.

             Login:   system

             password : manager

             Sql>@c:\nsc\enable

             It will delete the all the data  from

             System.

è     Script for Removing old data WITHOUT CURRENT YEAR

             i.e.    enable2 

             Download the enable2.sql, paste it into

             C:\nsc folder.

             Login:   system password : manager

             Sql>@c:\nsc\enable2

             It will delete the all the data  from

             System without current year.

New Data Entry forms, download it and before loading existing file should be renamed.

paste it into

C:\nsc\fin folder    fin_transactions

(it will show all the parties into any of AO/ RO

New reports customer ledger and grower ledger has been

Added in the fin_rep folder.  Download the fin_rep220908 folder and unzip it and paste into the following folder. Before paste rename the fin_rep folder as fin_repold

 

C:\nsc\reports\fin_rep

 

 

Load all files i.e. fin_rep220908.zip
